While Honey Bunches of Oats® cereals and granolas are not made with nuts, always be sure to check the nutrition facts panel on your package in case of any changes to our product formulas. Some Honey Bunches of Oats® products contain pecans and almonds, which can be considered common allergens.

To keep Honey Bunches of Oats® cereals fresh, make sure to store the box or bag in a cool, dry place and limit air exposure by folding down the bag to close the packaging.

Cereal is made of grains like wheat, oats, rice or corn, and is often served in the form of flakes (just like Honey Bunches of Oats® cereal!), loops or puffs. Granola is made of rolled oats, nuts and seeds, and is baked to give it that extra crunchy texture.
